Meet Our New Learning & Development Specialist

Meet Our New Learning & Development Specialist

We’re delighted to announce our latest Learning and Development Specialist, Trisha Sheehan.

Trisha first joined Retail Assist four years ago as a Help Desk call analyst; her customer-centric approach saw her progress to Team Leader, before gaining specialist client training and providing support to her team as a Client Lead Analyst.

Trisha said: “As a Learning and Development specialist, I give support to the Retail Assist team with all their learning and development needs, with my current focus being on developing our IT Help Desk. This includes a variety of approaches, from creating and delivering different specialist sessions in customer service to creating client briefing packs. The support we give is crucial to maintaining best practice and also helping to develop our team members, no matter what point they are in their career.

“I’ve enjoyed several promotions since joining Retail Assist four years ago and I’ve seen first-hand that, with the right support and training, there are many different opportunities to be had. Since starting this particular role, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being involved in our people’s development journey and watching them grow both personally and professionally. I’m also part of a brilliant team: no two days are ever the same and I love the fact that there’s never a dull moment!”

Rae Hayward, our Head of People, said: “It’s great to welcome Trisha to the Learning and Development team. Trisha has already made a great start by creating several client briefings, which broaden the knowledge about our customers and enable our Help Desk analysts to make sure they always provide excellent customer service.

“Before she joined us on the Learning and Development team, Trisha did an outstanding job working within our IT Help Desk for a number of years: the skills and experience she gained will enable the L&D team to build and implement even more training opportunities and resources across the business.”

The impirica brand looks different than most CBD brands — the brand name itself connotes testing and trust, says Eagle Labs chief commercial officer Michael Law. “It doesn’t use the traditional category colors of browns and greens, and you won’t find a hemp...
