Trehan IRIS appoints Gaurav Bansal as AVP – Retail

Before joining Trehan IRIS, Bansal held key leadership roles at Felix Realty, where he served for nearly 7 years

New Delhi: Trehan IRIS, one of India’s most trusted and legacy-rich real estate developers, has appointed Gaurav Bansal as Assistant Vice President – Retail Leasing. With over 17 years of experience in the real estate sector, Bansal brings deep expertise in sales, leasing, and team leadership. His strategic market insight is expected to further strengthen Trehan IRIS’s leasing operations as the company expands its footprint in retail and mixed-use spaces, the company said.

Before joining Trehan IRIS, Bansal held key leadership roles at Felix Realty, where he served for nearly 7 years. At Felix, he most recently led the company’s leasing and sales as Head of Department, overseeing operations in Gurugram. He also served as HOD – Leasing and Sales between 2018 and 2022. Before Felix Realty, Bansal worked with Vipul Limited (2016–2018) and Bestech Group (2008–2016), where he handled sales and marketing functions.

An experienced sales and marketing professional, Bansal has a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. He is skilled in negotiation, real estate development, and business growth, and holds an MBA.

Welcoming Bansal to the Trehan IRIS family, the company acknowledged his proven track record and expressed confidence in his ability to shape the future of retail leasing for the group.

Trehan IRIS, established in the early 1950s, has a strong legacy of developing iconic real estate projects, including IRIS Tech Park, IRIS Broadway Gurugram, IRIS Cyber Tower, and IRIS Farms. Currently, the company is developing IRIS Broadway Greno West, a retail-led mixed-use development designed by Benoy, UK — the global firm behind Ferrari World and Dubai City Walk.
