Missguided employees to sue the company over poorly managed redundancy claims

// Missguided employees affected by the collapse of the company are seeking to pursue legal action over claims that their redundancy processes were not properly managed.
// Administrators were called into the fast fashion retailer late on Monday after the company had been served a winding-down notice by suppliers.

An employment law team at Aticus Law has said it has already been in contact with a number of now-former employees over the redundancy claims.
